a Ceelo dice game:

Cee-Lo, also known as 4-5-6, is a dice game where players bet against a banker, aiming to roll a higher combination than the banker's roll. The game involves three dice and focuses on rolling a "cee-lo" (4-5-6), "trips" (three of a kind), or a point (pair plus a singleton).

1. Betting: Players bet against the banker.

2. Banker's Roll: The banker rolls three dice first.

3. Cee-Lo (4-5-6): If the banker rolls 4-5-6, they win immediately.

4. Trips: If the banker rolls three of a kind (e.g., 3-3-3), they can be beat by higher trips (e.g., 6-6-6)

5. Point: If the banker rolls a pair (2-5) and a singleton, the singleton becomes the banker's "point".

6. Loss: If the banker rolls a 1-2-3, they lose immediately.

7. Player's Roll: If the banker's roll doesn't result in an immediate win or loss, players roll their dice to match or beat the banker's point.

8. Winning/Losing: Players win with a "cee-lo," "trips," or a point higher than the banker's. Players lose with 1-2-3 or a point lower than the banker's.

9. Push: If a player ties the banker's point, it's a "push," and no winner or loser is declared.

10. Re-rolling: Players who don't win, lose, or establish a point must re-roll until they do.
